Such changes are to be incorporated into the Construction Documents and shall apply to the work with the same meaning and force as if they had been included in the original document. Wherever this Addendum modifies a portion of a paragraph of the specifications or a portion of any Drawing, the remainder of the Paragraph or Drawing shall remain in force. NOTE: Provisions of all Contract Documents apply. Item 1. Drawing G-001 ADD Note L Where waterproof membrane is indicated in drawings, comply with ANSI A108.13, TCNA Recommendations, and manufacturer's written instructions to produce waterproof membrane of uniform thickness that is bonded securely to substrate. Allow waterproof membrane to cure and verify by testing that it is watertight before installing tile or setting materials over it. Provide flood testing per ASTM D5957 “Flood Testing Horizontal Waterproofing Installations”. Flood the area being tested with potable water to a minimum depth of 1” to a maximum depth of 4” at the low point of the test area. The mean water depth should not exceed 2 1/2”. Flood tests should be conducted within a time range of 24 –72 hours, with the time for testing to begin when the water has reached its maximum test depth. If repairs are made to the waterproofing system, conduct additional flood testing to ensure that complete waterproof integrity is achieved. Item 2. Drawing G-003, General Notes, PRODUCTS, INSTALLATION (Bottom of last column) DELETE Note A. in its entirety. REPLACE with FURNISH ALL PRODUCTS EXCEPT ITEMS NOTED AS OWNER-PROVIDED. CONTRACTOR SHALL RECEIVE AND INSTALL ALL OWNER-PROVIDED PRODUCTS IN ADDITION TO CONTRACTOR-PROVIDED PRODUCTS. Item 3. Drawing A-101, Note P.1. DELETE in its entirety. Who is furnishing the plumbing fixtures? See Addendum No. 1, Items 2, 3, 4 and 6. 3 A701 The finish schedule on A-701 shows all spaces to receive new PFT-2 Tile Floors. The demo notes for the Base Bid work don't have us removing Tile floors in those Spaces. Please Clarify what spaces receive new Tile Floors. See Addendum No. 1, Item 8.
