SELF PRICING BID ADDENDUM NO. 01 07/09/2020 This Addendum contains changes to the requirements of the Contract Documents and Specifications. Such changes are to be incorporated into the Construction Documents and shall apply to the work with the same meaning and force as if they had been included in the original document. Wherever this Addendum
modifies a portion of a paragraph of the specifications or a portion of any Drawing, the remainder of the Paragraph or Drawing shall remain in force.

How do we want to handle the spackling of the walls? In the other Low Rise
Buildings we are using a J bead at the seams.
SCL would prefer that the walls be a flat finish. A wet sand be performed at the
existing board joints. Each joint will need to be marked out before any spackling is
done. Perform mock with GC, GC may perform monitoring/testing for air
particulates to ensure that they do not disturb the asbestos containing joints. All
other board to board joints can be dry sanded.
