ADDENDUM NO. 1 February 7, 2020 This Addendum contains changes to the requirements of the Contract Documents and Specifications. Such changes are to be incorporated into the Construction Documents and shall apply to the work with the same meaning and force as if they had been included in the original document. Wherever this Addendum modifies a portion of a paragraph of the specifications or a portion of any Drawing, the remainder of the Paragraph or Drawing shall remain in force. NOTE: Provisions of all Contract Documents apply.
Item 1. Drawing HR5-A100, Level 1 Overall Floor Plan 1
ADD Note: All Basement Level door replacements require floor patching of resilient tile to match; use Armstrong Excelon 12 x 12 x 1/8 Marbleized vinyl composite floor tile.
Item 2. Drawing HR5-A100, Floor Plans 1 and 2 DELETE Enlarged plan callouts for Stair Plan A “1/A300 and 2/A300” REPLACE with Enlarged Plan callouts for Stair Plan A “3/A300 and 4/A300”. Item 3. Drawing HR5-A100, Floor Plans 1 and 2 DELETE Enlarged Plan callouts for Stair Plan C “1/A301 and 2/A301” REPLACE with Enlarged Plan callouts for Stair Plan C “3/A301 and 4/A301”. Item 4. Drawing HR5-A102, Floor Plan 1 DELETE Enlarged Plan callouts for North Communicating Stair “9/A300 and 10/A300”. REPLACE with Enlarged Plan callouts for North Communicating Stair “9/A301 and 10/A301”.
