ADDENDUM NO. 1
February 14, 2020
This Addendum contains changes to the requirements of the Contract Documents and Specifications. Such changes are to be incorporated into the Construction Documents and shall apply to the work with the same meaning and force as if they had been included in the original document. Wherever this Addendum modifies a portion of a paragraph of the specifications or a portion of any Drawing, the remainder of the Paragraph or Drawing shall remain in force.
NOTE: Provisions of all Contract Documents apply.
DRAWINGS
Item 1. Drawing G-001, Detail 1 Third Floor Code Compliance Plan East Wing
ADD note to wall North of Room A300UG:
AT (1) LOCATION AT THE CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE ATRIUM WALL ADJACENT TO THE WORK AREA, AT SPECIFIC LOCATION AS DIRECTED BY THE OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE, REMOVE EXISTING SILICONE SEALANT AT TWO EXISTING INSULATED 4” METALLIC PIPE PENETRATIONS AND INSTALL UL-LISTED THROUGH PENETRATION FIRESTOP ASSEMBLY. REMOVE AND REINSTALL EXISTING METAL SLAT CEILING TO ACCESS PENETRATIONS. (NOTE – APPLIES TO ONE SIDE OF THE WALL ONLY; THE OTHER SIDE IS AN INACCESSIBLE MECHANICAL SHAFT.)

DELETE in its entirety.
REPLACE with Sketch AD1-A2, attached.

ADD Demolition Keynote #18 in its entirety.

below floor to be able to quantify the extent of removals &
exact location of main line

4 M-101 Fin Tubes
Existing hot water FIN tubes are to be reinstalled and
reconnect. Please provide information - brand/model for coil
sizes.
We do not have make/model for the existing fin tube.
Please refer to contract documents, the scope is to
remove and reinstall a section to enable furring the
north wall of Conference 317B.
