From the 2019 Infrastructure Assement, the following HVAC equipment has been identified for
replacement: AC1 (grocery) and AC2 (prepared). The AC units will be replaced concurrently with one
another. Engineered drawings will be done in one complete construction set. The replacement equipment
will be evaluated and sized properly for current store conditions.
