SUBSEQUENT REPORTS SHALL NOTE WHEN AND HOW DEFICIENCIES WERE CORRECTED. THE
SPECIAL INSPECTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AND THE CODE
