Please provide locations. The grilles are in the AV Equipment cabinets in the Map Room, shown on detail A3/A552. 2 1)Phasing Print G202 shows Classroom 2152 being in Phase 2 of the work. However, this classroom does NOT show up on Demo Print AD102 or Finish Print A162. Is this room getting new finishes? 2)Spec Section 096513 Resilient Base & Accessories / Part 2.2 B & C calls out a specific Visually Impaired Rubber Tread & Riser Combo. Other than the specific Stair Nosing at MAP ROOM 1134, we see no other stair finishes. Are there stair treads and risers in the project that we are overlooking? 1. Classroom 2152 will receive AV upgrades, but no finish upgrades. See sheet E102 for new work. 2. The only section this applies to is Map Room 1134. 3 None of the AR,AD,A Drawings have a Scale indicated. Please clarify Scale of these drawings. See Addendum No. 2, Items 5-8, 10, 13, 15-16, 19, 21-22, and 27-30. 4 There are numerous discrepancies and errors concerning the Door Schedule on Sht. A601. The frame details do not by and large correspond to the frame elevation listed. Jamb detail C5 noted does not exist. Frame elevation F2 is shown with jamb detail A3 which does not exist, and the details that do exist for this opening are contradictory. If this frame is to be of special fire resistive construction, than frame detail A1 only would apply. The Door Types note refers to Door Types D4 & D5 as stile and rail construction, flush doors for all other types. This we are assuming to be in error, as D4 & D5 do not exist. See Addendum No. 2 Item 26. 5 Alternate 3 requires 3 each fire resistive E119 borrow lite frames (atrium windows). Please provide an elevation showing detailed sizing requirement for these frames as they will be costly and none appear to exist. See Addendum No. 2 Item 24. 6 Drawing S002 details 6 & 7 show steel reinforcing. Please identify which locations on MEP drawings each detail applies. See Addendum No. 2 Item 33 - 36. 7 Drawing M104 show's a roof top penetration. Is there information that can be provided on the existing roof? See note on A105. 8 1) Please confirm Cornell will be responsible for the miscellaneous removal & reinstallation of existing room furnishings, tables, chairs, etc. 2) Please confirm offloading and transporting of Owner purchased AV equipment and Furniture will be by others and not the general contractor (unless noted otherwise on drawings). 1. CU has plans to remove all materials that they want for reuse, prior to each construction phase. If materials are found left in the rooms, at inception of construction phase, GC should confirm with Project Manager or Facilities Coordinator, that these can be removed by GC. 2. Unless otherwise noted, CU shall offload and transport Owner purchased AV equipment and furniture to building. For GC installed goods, that are CU purchased, CU will discuss where in building the GC shall obtain the materials for install provided the coordination overlaps.
