CONSISTING OF REMOVAL / REPLACEMENT OF CEILINGS, WALLS, FINISHES,
NECESSARILY SHOWN ON DRAWINGS, WORK IS REQUIRED IN THESE AREAS
WORK OF OTHER TRADES (EG. ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL). ALTHOUGH NOT
WORK IS REQUIRED IN VARIOUS PORTIONS OF THE FACILITY TO EXECUTE 3.0
BUILDING COORDINATOR.
REPRESENTATIVE TO COORDINATE BUILDING FUNCTIONS WITH THE
SCHEDULE WORK TEN DAYS IN ADVANCE AND NOTIFY THE OWNER'S
CONTRACTOR SHALL BEAR THE COST OF THE UTILITY SHUTDOWN.
BE COORDINATED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AT PH: 607-255-5322. THE
UTILITY SHUTDOWNS: SHUTDOWN OF ANY BUILDING UTILITY SYSTEM SHALL 2.0
ENGINEER.
CONTRACTOR SHALL IMMEDIATELY REFER THE CONFLICT TO THE
CONDITIONS ARE FOUND TO BE IN CONFLICT WITH THE DRAWINGS, THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL FIELD VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS. IF DIMENSIONS OR
ARRANGEMENT OF SYSTEMS AND WORK INCLUDED IN THE CONTRACT.

NAME OF PROJECT: McGraw Tower Level 9 Cooling
Description of Work:
1. Provide and install an air conditioning unit at the Chimes performance space
(Level 9) of McGraw Tower.
2. Provide and install a remote condensing unit within the bell cage (Level 10) of
McGraw Tower.
3. Installation of condensate piping to drain connection at restroom (Level 7).
4. Installation of associated conduits, electrical power wiring, control wiring, piping,
insulation, to provide a full working cooling system.
a. Complete work for all penetrations, fire stopping, flashing and sealing.
b. Minor roof repair at penetrations.
c. Provide and install all mounting hardware required for the new work and
equipment.
d. Provide anti-vibration pads / connections at remote condensing unit.
5. Contractor shall paint housing on exterior condensing unit to match cage color
(gray). Contractor shall paint interior conduit and piping runs to match existing
painted structural steel and conduit.
6. All asbestos containing material removal and abatement shall be completed by an
abatement contractor, under a separate contract. Contractor shall mark all areas
required for penetrations and coordinate with owner’s abatement contractor for
access and determining extent and location of abatement work. Contractor shall
coordinate scheduling of activities with owner / owner’s abatement contractor.

Project Schedule:
The project shall be started within 10 days after receipt of written authorization to
proceed and shall be completed by May 23, 2016.
