ADDENDUM NO. 1
March 22, 2019
This Addendum contains changes to the requirements of the Contract Documents and Specifications. Such
changes are to be incorporated into the Construction Documents and shall apply to the work with the same
meaning and force as if they had been included in the original document. Wherever this Addendum
modifies a portion of a paragraph of the specifications or a portion of any Drawing, the remainder of the
Paragraph or Drawing shall remain in force.
NOTE: Provisions of all Contract Documents apply.

What will the parking arrangments be for the construction
duration?
Transportation will sell permits during the
construction on a monthly basis at HH lot on West
Ave - for $115/month.

Drawing M400 Would you please provide the technical specification for the
UL method for 2 hour fire rating?
See Drawing M400. It is the Contractor's decision on
means and methods; a substitution can be submitted
via the Bid Form.
