1.0 Scope of Work
The scope of work includes the following:
‐ Selective demolition and construction as noted on drawings and specifications by Bero
Architecture dated June 11, 2018.
‐ Demolition of existing finishes at Dish Room B05
‐ Demolition of raised curb at Kitchen B07
‐ New finishes and lighting at Dish Room B05, new flooring at Kitchen B07
‐ New radon vent system at basement and exterior of building
All services shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in Cornell
University’s Short Form Contract, a copy of which is attached.
2.0 Schedule
RFI Due Date 06/28/2018
Last Addendum Issued 06/29/2018
Bid Due Date 07/03/2018
Contract Award 07/10/2018
Project Start 07/17/2018
Project Completion 08/15/2018
A prebid site visit is not required, as this is a reduced scope of work from a previously bid project.

Proposals shall be submitted to Michael Stewart, mts96@cornell.edu, electronically
via a “Reply” response to the invitation email, with a copy to
FacilitiesContracts@cornell.edu, no later than 2:00 PM on 07/03/2018. No hard
copies will be required.
5.0 Attachments:
Cornell University Master Form of Agreement – Short Form Contract. Actual agreement will
reflect scope of services outlined in this Invitation to Bid.
