ADDENDUM NO. 1
April 16, 2018
This Addendum contains changes to the requirements of the Contract Documents and Specifications.
Such changes are to be incorporated into the Construction Documents and shall apply to the work with
the same meaning and force as if they had been included in the original document. Wherever this
Addendum modifies a portion of a paragraph of the specifications or a portion of any Drawing, the
remainder of the Paragraph or Drawing shall remain in force.
NOTE: Provisions of all Contract Documents apply.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

2.7 DUMPSTER
A. A dumpster may be located in parking lot on western side of facility.
Southeastern most parking space near lawn and sidewalk to be utilized
for dumpster location.
Item 2. Section 08 71 00, 3.6 DOOR HARDWARE SCHEDULE, Hardware Set #4 Entrance
DELETE in its entirety.

Please provide clarification on the Wattstopper Creston
#GL_IPAC_SW8 lighting control system found in
specification section 26 09 23. The specification indicates
that I am to provide this panel, however, it is not shown on
the electrical floor plans. Is this panel already existing? Or is
it something the electrical contractor needs to provide.
Provide lighting control as speficied. The lighting
control components are NOT existing.
