PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
Mayor Myrick led all present in the Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag.
SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS:
A Public Hearing Regarding the Proposed Assessment Roll, Budget, and
Schedule of Work for Each Sidewalk Improvement District for Fiscal Year 2019
Motion to Open the Public Hearing
By Alderperson Kerslick: Seconded by Alderperson Mohlenhoff
RESOLVED, That the public hearing regarding the proposed assessment roll, budget
and schedule of work for each sidewalk improvement district for fiscal year 2019 be
declared open.
Carried Unanimously
No one appeared to address Common Council.
Motion to Close the Public Hearing
By Alderperson Lewis: Seconded by Alderperson Mohlenhoff
RESOLVED, That the public hearing regarding the proposed assessment roll, budget
and schedule of work for each sidewalk improvement district for fiscal year 2019 be
declared closed.
Carried Unanimously
City Clerk Conley Holcomb read the following notice into the record:
“CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE & EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER)
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
The City of Ithaca is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) to annually report on its progress in implementing its Consolidated
Plan. The report, known as the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation
Report (CAPER), will be submitted to HUD on October 29, 2018. Covering the 2017
Program Year, the report is available for public comment from October 17 through
October 29, 2018. It may be reviewed online at www.IthacaURA.org; or hardcopies are
available for review at either the Ithaca Urban Renewal Agency, Third Floor, 10 8 E.
Green St. (City Hall), Ithaca, New York, or Tompkins County Public Library. Members of
the public may submit comments in writing to the address above by 12:00 p.m., October
29, 2018. Public comments will be attached to the CAPER and forwarded to HUD.
