My office represents the City of Ithaca as the City itself, we do not get involved in specific issues like this. I have however, forwarded your letter to the Cable Commission with a request that they immediately look into this and that they keep me informed as to how this matter is being resolved. I will try to stay on top of this matter and make sure that proper attention is addressed to this issue.
