RESOLVED, That the BPW hereby requests the Planning & Development Board, as well as
city staff from the Planning, Building, Fire, and Public Works departments and divisions, to
deveI op alternatives for Linden Avenue and for other city blocks that may present similar
challenges to allow for the types of development for is Common Council has zoned, but
may not be buildable due to fire code requirements, and be it further
RESOLVED, That if the State denies the variance for aerial fire apparatus access, and the
removal of parking is no longer a component of any future afternative variance requests for the
project at 210 Linden Avenue, that staff bring a vote back to the Board of Public Works to
reestablish parking in front of 210 Linden Avenue.

Dear Board membersand Ms. Servos&
I talked with you today about problems receiving our water, sewer and fire lima bills that were due
2 'l . We Mould like tol appeal the penalties incurred, because these bills were never received by
us. As I told the City Chamberlain, our mail was fraudulently forwarded to Catonsville MD last
summer. The Ithaca t a t r at -3 - 0 3 can verify this situation.
Our family members are landlords with a number of properties, and all our mail goes to 211
Hudson Street. Bills are in the name of Steven V Beer, Beverty R Beer, Coal Store Ventures, David
Beer d Beer Properties LLC. Below is a list of the properties with penalty sums provided d the
Chamberlain's a for t as St E. which we calculated. The total ...
r accounts are currently to date because checks were written eahy in November to cover
chargesd . The checks included the charges that were due
