Dear Board membersand Ms. Servos& I talked with you today about problems receiving our water, sewer and fire lima bills that were due 2 'l . We Mould like tol appeal the penalties incurred, because these bills were never received by us. As I told the City Chamberlain, our mail was fraudulently forwarded to Catonsville MD last summer. The Ithaca t a t r at -3 - 0 3 can verify this situation. Our family members are landlords with a number of properties, and all our mail goes to 211 Hudson Street. Bills are in the name of Steven V Beer, Beverty R Beer, Coal Store Ventures, David Beer d Beer Properties LLC. Below is a list of the properties with penalty sums provided d the Chamberlain's a for t as St E. which we calculated. The total ... r accounts are currently to date because checks were written eahy in November to cover chargesd . The checks included the charges that were due Thank you very much for your help in this unfortunate matter, 2
