Anticipated Board Action(s)in January:Declaration of Lead Agency &Public Hearing Project Description:The applicant proposes to subdivide the existing 0.375acre (16,352 SF)tax parcel into 4 lots:Lot 1,measuring 3,687 SF with 37.5 feet of frontage on W.Falls Street;Lot 2,measuring 4,085 SF with 46.28 feet of frontage on W.Falls Street and containing an existing singlefamily home;Lot 3,measuring 4,094 SF with 37.5 feet of frontage on W.Falls Street;and Lot 4,measuring 4,485 SF with 61.1 feet of frontage on W.
