MEETING WITH OTHER WISMITTEE HEADS: Chairman 0Neil thought it would be wise for the cceneietee to meet with the chairmen of tiw two other committees which have been pursuing information about urban renewal — the Citizens Committee on Urban Renewal and the Meye'rvs Conmd.ttee on Municipal Affairs. This meeting was agreed upon and Chairman McNeill was authorized to contact Messrs. Abbott, Cuttings, McElwee,. Mueller and Warren to set up a program for Friday Aug. 17. It was also agreed that the cconmittee should freely request consultation with anyone who could be of assistance and that those citizens and offioials who have been working closely with the renewal program should be consulted regularly.
