MEMORANDUM
TO: RENTAL HOUSING TASK FORCE
FR: SEAN KILLEEN, VICE-CHAIR .6
DA: JANUARY 16 , 1989
SUBJ: JANUARY 23 , 1989 MEETING: LANDLORDS
The agenda for our scheduled session of Monday, January 23, 1989
at 7: 00 P.M. in City Hall will consist of a panel of property owners
substantially involved in rental housing in the Ithaca Community.
Stanley Goldberg, Chris Anagnost, and Mark Finkelstein will offer
their varied views on the current condition of rental housing, and
future needs including the role of government in this community-wide
concern. The panelists will respond to questions from Task Force
members.
A fuller understanding of the views of smaller scale property
owners will better enable the Task Force to appreciate the presentation
by larger-scale, institutional (Cornell University and Ithaca College)
representatives on their respective impacts on the Ithaca rental
housing situation. This meeting is tentatively set for Monday,
February 6, 1989 at 7: 00 P.M. in City Hall.
Thank You.
