MINUTES
PRESENT: Commissioners Cornelius , Howell , Baker and Reeves .
ABSENT: Commissioner Neigh (out on fire call )
1 . Chairman Cornelius called the meeting to order at 1710 hrs .
2 . Commissioner Reeves made a motion to approve the audit in
the amount of $29 , 333 . 51 dated December 27 , 1990 . Seconded
by Commissioner Howell . Carried unanimously.
3 . At 1711 hrs . , Commissioner Howell made a motion to adjourn
the meeting. Seconded by Commissioner Baker. Carried
unanimously.
