NOVEMBER 20 , 1990
MINUTES
PRESENT: Commissioners Cornelius , Reeves , Baker, Howell and Neigh.
1. Chairman Cornelius called the meeting to order at 1705 hrs .
2 . The Board will meet on December 27 , 1990 at 1700 hrs . to
approve bills for the final audit of 1990 .
3 . Budget discussion:
- Chief Olmstead presented a memo that summarized the budget
process to date (see attached) .
- After a lengthy discussion, Commissioner Reeves made a
motion that the 200 and 400 budget accounts remain as
proposed. Seconded by Commissioner Baker. Carried
unanimously.
Commissioner Neigh made a motion to reaffirm the Board' s
original proposal for the addition of 3 Lieutenants to the
personnel roster of the Ithaca Fire Department. Seconded by
Commissioner Reeves . Carried unanimously.
4. At 1805 hrs . Commissioner Baker made a motion to adjourn the
meeting . Seconded by Commissioner Neigh. Carried
unanimously.
