COMMUNITY POLICE BOARD MINUTES
Regular Meeting 3:30 p.m. March 23, 2016

CALL TO ORDER: 3:35 p.m.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE FEBRUARY 24, 2016 MEETING:
The minutes of the February 24, 2016 meeting were deferred to the April 27,
2016 meeting due to a lack of a quorum.
REPORT FROM COMMON COUNCIL:
Common Council Liaison Kerslick e-mailed all members of the Community Police
Board the Quarterly Report from the Community Outreach Worker Program to
review prior to the meeting. He reported out at the meeting that he was on the
steering committee to review how the program was working. In reference to the
quarterly report, it was noted that some of the cases were related to alcohol, pan
handling, and recently drugs. He noted that Tammy Baker updated the
committee regarding the quarterly report and if the Community Police Board
wished to invite her back to another meeting to discuss how the program is
working, he would be willing to make the arrangements. The results indicate
successful utilization of services for the people that have been assisted. The
report included detailed information and charts that will be updated quarterly.

On a motion the meeting adjourned at 4:10 p.m.
