APPROVAL OF MINUTES Commissioner Thompson made a motion to approve the minutes of the October 5, 2005 meeting. Seconded by Commissioner Eastman. Motion carried 3-0. NEW BUSINESS New Position Duties Statement: DPW/Water and Sewer - Working Supervisor The Commission reviewed and discussed a New Position Duties Statement from the Water and Sewer Division of the Department of Public Works. Commissioner Richardson made a motion to classify the position as Working Supervisor. Seconded by Commissioner Thompson. Motion carried 3-0. New Position Duties Statement: City Chamberlain's Office - Administrative Assistant The Commission reviewed and discussed a New Position Duties Statement from the City Chamberlain's Office. Commissioner Thompson made a motion to classify the position as Administrative Assistant. Seconded by Commissioner Eastman. Motion carried 3-0. New Position Duties Statement and Adoption of Job Description: City Chamberlain's Office - Supervising Customer Service Representative The Commission reviewed and discussed a New Position Duties Statement from the City Chamberlain's Office and the proposed job description for Supervising Customer Service Representative. Commissioner Thompson made a motion to classify the position as Supervising Customer Service Representative and adopt the job description as proposed. Seconded by Commissioner Eastman. Motion carried 3-0. CONTINUING BUSINESS Commissioner Richardson made a motion to enter into executive session to discuss civil service examination matters. Seconded by Commissioner Thompson. Motion carried 3-0. During executive session, the Commission took the following actions: Civil Service Commission November 2, 2005 Page 2 Establishment of Eligible Lists Commissioner Richardson made a motion to establish Customer Service Representative Trainee Eligible List #67-620 for two years. Seconded by Commissioner Thompson. Motion carried 3-0. Addition of Names to Continuous Recruitment Eligibility Lists Commissioner Richardson made a motion to add the names listed below to the continuous recruitment eligible lists indicated for the time period indicated. Seconded by Commissioner Thompson. Motion carried 3-0.
