NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT BOARD will be held at 6:00 p.m. on JUNE 10TH, 2014 in the SECOND
FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM, City Hall, 108 E. Green Street, Ithaca, NY.

2. Privilege of the Floor (3‐minute maximum per person)
3. Site Plan Review
A. Downtown Marriott Hotel
Location: 120 S. Aurora St.
Applicant: Matt Jalazo, URGO Hotels
Anticipated Board Action(s): Review of Changes to Approved Site Plan
Description of Action: The applicant received Site Plan Approval with several conditions in November 2012.
The applicant has now completed a value‐engineering analysis, resulting in several changes to the site plan.
