Present: Commissioners Wigden, Slattery, Passmore, Flannery, staff, Nancy
Falconer.
Excused: Commissioners, Bibbie, Laskowitz , Chief Signer, Maria Coles
1. Approval of minutes of June, 2007: Moved by Laskowitz, second by Slattery,
approved unanimously.
2. No Public was Present.
3. No Common Council Report
4. Report from the Police Department:
5. Old Business:
Commissioner Flannigan is allowed by the by laws to stay on the Board until a
replacement is found.
6.New Business
7. Motion Made to Adiourn to Executive Session to Discuss Investigations: by
Laskowitz
8. Motion to Return to Public Session and Report Results.
Five other cases were discussed and voted on:
1. Founded: Voted closed. Unanimously
2. Conciliated, complainant is satisfied with investigation results.
3. Withdrawn because unable to meet with police Dept. to determine.
4. Withdrawn. Investigation incomplete.
5. Voted closed, complaint founded unethical if comments were used as stated.
