Meeting was called at 3:34 p.m.
1. September 23rd, 2004 minutes : Approved. Motion by R. Passmore, second by D. Whlspelly
and passed unanimously.
2. Comments from the Public: No public was present.
3. Report from Common Council:
a) Report of activity in Council !meetings re budget.

a) No one from the Police Department was preset.

a) Report on tabling at Apple Harvest
b) Handout of legal explanation of who may attend executive sessions:

a) Discussion of staff vacation coverage October 7 to the 121 st.
8.) Adjournment to Executive Session to viscuss current ins-- stigations of complaints.
Executive Session not meld as there were no complaints to discuss.
