3. Common Council Report
• This is Alderperson Pryor's last official meeting in her role as Common
Council Liaison. Everyone present expressed their appreciation for her
wonderful service and commitment, not only to her work on the Board, but
also on behalf of the City of Ithaca.
• Common Council will appoint a liaison to the Board.
4. Police Department Report
• Chief Loo discussed several internal movements of personnel to meet current
and fill vacancies.
5. Old Business
• The draft of the Expectations "brochure" was reviewed. Input was solicited
for our next meeting. The sub - committee will meet during the next month to
refine the draft and discuss next steps.
• Renewal of terms — Commissioners whose terms are expiring were reminded
to complete the necessary paperwork at the City Clerk's office to continue if
desired. Commissioner Rovelstad informed the Board that she will not renew
for another term.
• Discussion regarding new members for the Board. Tabled pending decision
of Mayor -elect Peterson to consider filling the vacancies with candidates of
her choosing.

• None
7. Motion made to adjourn to Executive Session
• Four complaints were discussed
1. One case closed — not founded
2. Three cases continuing
8. Motion made to return to Public Session
9. Meeting adjourned. Social time followed with all present and Mayor -Elect
Peterson
