PRESENT: Commissioners Whispell, Slattery, Passmore,
Dill, Rovelstad and Nelson; Chief Loo, Deputy Chief Barnes.
Commissioner Wigden joined at 4:15, Commissioner
Laskowitz chaired the meeting.

1. ADnroval of Minutes of September 25th Meeting
Motion to approve as corrected by Whispell, second by
Slattery, approved unanimously.
2. Comments by the Public
No public was present to speak.
3._Report from Common Council
Common Council Representative was absent.
4. Report from the Police Depai m .n
a) Budget meeting for the Pol;ice Department is October 7th
and attendance by board members would be seen as
supportive.
5. Old Bus*nec�
a) Tabling responsibilities were discussed for October 4th and
arrangements made for members to take responsibility for
setting it up with materials provided by staff (staff will be on
vacation during that time.)

-No new business discussed.
7. Adjournment to Executive Session; motion made by
Commissioner Rovelstad, second by Passmore.
8. Return to ublic Session; Report:
Three cases discussed, decision made to close one case as
complainant apparently does not wish to continue and does not
respond.
