1. Approval of Minutes of July 24. 2003 meeting: Motion to approve by R.
Passmore, second by J. Laskowitz: Approved unanimously.

No action taken
4. Report from the Police Department
No action taken
5. Old Business
a) The budget for CPB for 2004 was distributed in final form and motion made to
approve and submit made by Slattery and second by Laskowitz. Approved
unanimously.
b) Chair requested matrix of cases investigated to include in report to Council by
Sept 3rd.
6. New Business
a) New printer needed for office. Order agreed to.
b) Staff reported that tabling at Cornell Day on Commons was well attended and
many brochures were handed out. Request by staff to order Hallowe'en trick or
treat reflective bags for handouts at Apple festival October 4 agreed to.
7. Adjournment to Executive Session; motion made by Commissioner Passmore,
second by Laskowitz.
8. Return to Public Session; Report: No action taken. Adjournment.
