Absent: Commissioners Nelson, McGruder
The meeting was called to order at 3:35 pm.
1. Comments from the Public
Ilonka Wloch spoke about the upcoming series of police- public workshops and asked for support from
the Board. No action taken.
2. Approval of Minutes of December 19, 2002
Approved unanimously.
New Board member Daniel Whispell, introduced. Telephone number for messages to him recorded as
256 -7977.

4. Report from-the Police Department
No action taken
5. Old Bus*ness
Handouts of Appeal Procedure for CPB handed out. No action taken.
Tabling at the Great Chili Cookout on the Commons February 22 discussed.
6. New Business
Discussion of how to better present the procedure of investigations to new members. No action taken.
7. Meeting adjourned to Executive Session
Four complaints were discussed. Three were decided and voted upon, one was carried over.
One new case was received and assigned.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:10 p.m. Motion by Commissioner Laskowitz, approved
unanimously
