By Alder.ian Gill:seconded by Alderman, Hoffman: RESOLVED: pursuant to Section 10 of Chap. 798 of the Laws of 1931 the Co1�, :on Council hereby approves the list of work projects icco;z._ended by the Department of Public Works and approve. and submitted by the Emergency Jork Bureau in the su:1 of $63, 530 and aut iori zed the nerfcrr,ia,nce of such public work by Department of Public Works under the supervision and control of the Emergency 'York Bureau for the relief of the need* in accordance with the provisions of said 1awyand 71HEREAS, these is no money available to pay for such work relief, now therefore, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that pursuant to said late the City Clerk is hereby authorized to borrow by interest bearing notes and on behalf of the City a stun or suYns from time to time sufficient -to meet tie needs and pay the properly audited costs and expenses of this emergency work procrrarn; the a '-'re-ate total- of such notes shall not exceed �93, 530 and the faith and credit of the City (t)A/hereby pledged for the payment of interest thereon when the sane shall fall due and the payment and corlplete rede::zption thereof within a period of not to exceed three years from this date.
