Sidewalks Railings The following communication was receives'. from the Board of Public Works To the Common Council, Gentlemen : 71HEREAS, a. petition of property owners interested in the proposed improvement of tree North Tioga Street Bridge over Cascadilla Creek has been received by the Board of Public Works, requesting the complete reconstruction of the sidewalks on the bridge with concrete railings similar to the other bridges over Cascadilla Creek, instead of metely laying a new concrete floor as is now planned, and W HEREASj the Board realizes the advantages in completing this improvement while the bridge is under repair and further,desires to co-operate with the property owners in improving the bridge not only in appearance but in safety and durability, now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Public Works hereby recommends -t6 Fitt Coune-i L aa.t $1,500 be appropriated for the completion of the N.
