Overview of meeting:
As there were no agenda items and very few BPAC members present, we had a rather
free -form conversation on a number of topics.
The key topics discussed were:
1. the work occurring at the Rt. 13 / Third St. intersection — particularly the pedestrian
crossing improvements;
2. timing for pedestrian signals — especially the countdown signals on Rt. 13 near Titus
Towers;
