> David Kay will chair next months meeting.
>4) Short Member /Liaison Reports & Announcements
> Max reported that a tree has been replanted in the bumpout on College
>Ave. The Bike Rack had asked to have a bike rack there. It may be possible to
>have a combination tree guard / bike rack installed.
• No appointments yet.
• Jennifer sent a note saying she anticipates final review of the West
> Spencer Street & Meadow Street projects soon and that the high school has
>instituted a $180 / year parking fee on their lot. Nearby residents are
>concerned
>about this.
> David Henderson reported on the East Spencer /Cayuga /South Titus
>intersection improvements. He feels they are an improvement.
• Dwight reported TCAT is considering a fare increase. He also noted
• that a
>long range transportation plan is being developed by the ITCTC. Concerns
>should be brought to Fernando D'Aragon in the next 7 -8 months.
>5) Bike Plan status update

>6) Curb Your Car status update
> David Kay passed out brochures detailing the events, schedules,
>participating organizations, etc., for the upcoming Curb Your Car Day May

>will be held May 10 -29. The Ithaca Journal is looking for people to profile.
>CYCD has a slot in the Ithaca Festival parade. TCAT will offer free bus

• David Kay stated a desire to have the mayoral candidates meet with
