>There was no quorum but the following agenda items were discussed.
>2) Approval of minutes (no quorum)
>3) BPAC business
> Max will chair next months meeting.
>5) Jonathan Panzer requests a letter of support for the Alternative
>Community School West Hill bike path.
> Although there were questions about funding and priorities everyone felt
>we could support this project in concept. It was agreed that if Jonathan
>would draft a letter BPAC could review, modify, and support it at our next
>meeting. Ron will contact Jonathan.
>8) Bike Rack requests bike rack on College Ave. resolution.
> No consensus on this item. This request was discussed at the March
>meeting and put off so people could visit the site. After having a chance
>to view
>the site members opinions varied widely. No quorum. No decision.
>6) Bike Plan status update
> Tim reported extra planning money may be needed to develop the design
>specs.
>4) Short Member /Liaison Reports & Announcements
> Dwight reported that new stainless steel bike racks will replace the
>heavily used painted steel racks on the TCAT buses. Also the Center City
>Plan
