Approved minutes from December, January and February with changes. 2. Reports and Announcements a. Membranes and lagoons at water plant in need of bids. - Funding of project at the water treatment plant approval was delayed by the Common Council - Membranes have bidders ready b. Joe gave a report to the Common Council regarding Six Mile Creek. - Better training for the rangers and perhaps actual backup and ticket writing by IPD would benefit the effort of keeping people from sustaining injuries while swimming. c. Todd had clarifications regarding the wording in the January Minutes -The responsibility for the Cascadilla Rim trail is not uncertain and it is clearly the city's liability. - Changes to the December and February minutes regarding this topic were also made. 3. Cascadilla Parkway Resolution -Equal emphasis on design and safety. -NAC is considering appropriate signage. - Approved 5 -0 4. Trifold for Six Mile Creek - Addition of the marking of unmarked connector trails on the map - Removal of the trail extension out to Potters Falls - Include a warning of Hogweed? -Todd says DEC has an eradication program with non - chemical treatments. -Add Town of Ithaca as a useful contact. -Add "Please return this brochure. 5. Resolution on proposed apartments at 130 E. Clinton St. -3 distinct apartments buildings planned behind the IPD building. - Planning board can rearrange where the buildings sit on a site. - Stream Bank Erosion should be considered. - Approved in concept to prevent steep slope development.
