Discussion Summary: The April 22, 2026 Committee Of The Whole meeting was called to order at 6 pm. Alderpersons Fabrizio and Shapiro are excused. There are 9 members in attendance. Alderperson Kuehl asked for unanimous consent to add a resolution "Authorizing the Department of Information and Community Engagement (DICE) to Partner with the Cornell Center for AI Innovation to Digitize and Enable AI-Assisted Search of City Legislative Records." There is no descent from Council. Resolution is the new item 5.3. The 3-11-26 Special Meeting of Common Council Minutes and the 3-18-2-26 COW Meeting Minutes were approved and adopted by Council. There is no Privilege Of The Floor during Committee Meetings, Councils comments will be reserved, per rules, for the next Common Council meeting scheduled May 6th 2026.
