Alderperson Kuehl asked for unanimous consent to add a resolution "Authorizing the Department of Information and Community Engagement (DICE) to Partner with the Cornell Center for AI Innovation to Digitize and Enable AI-Assisted Search of City Legislative Records." There is no descent from Council. Resolution is the new item 5.3. The 3-11-26 Special Meeting of Common Council Minutes and the 3-18-2-26 COW Meeting Minutes were approved and adopted by Council.
