Discussion Summary: The October 29th 2025 Special Meeting of Common Council and
Budget Meeting was called to order by Mayor Cantelmo at 6pm. All members of Council
are in attendance. This meeting is to discuss the Stop Gap Funding Plan presented to
Council by the Administration. A motion was made to amend the budget to incorporate
the Stop Gap Plan and open the item for discussion. The motion was moved by
Alderperson Saint-Perez and seconded by Alderperson Matos. Council discussed the
proposed budget, asked questions, and was instructed to submit any proposed
amendments, including live amendments affected by the Stop Gap Plan, within 48 hours.
Alderperson Shapiro moved that the Amendment to the Budget be tabled until the
November 5th Common Council Meeting. Timestamp 0:22- 45:00
Mayor Cantelmo asked for a motion to Table the Budget Discussion. Discussion on the
Budget is Tabled. Council moved into an Executive Session with no expected voting item.
Meeting will adjourn at the close of Executive Session. Timestamp 45:03-45:57

Motion to Table the Stop Gap Funding Plan Amendment to the Budget, moved by
Alderperson Shapiro, Seconded by Alderperson Fabrizio. Motion carries 10-1 with
Alderperson Nguyen against.
