Discussion Summary: The November 12th 2025 Special Meeting of Common Council is called to order at 6pm. Alderperson Brown is absent. Timestamp 3:01-16:10 Discussion Summary: Mayor Cantelmo introduced Item 2.2, adoption of the Amended 2026 Budget. Alderperson Fabrizio, Haines-Sharp, and Saint-Perez made motions to reconsider their vote on previous questions. All motions to reconsider carried 9-1. The mayor called a Roll Call for each vote. The mayor noted the Net change to the Budget is about $697 to the good and functionally will not impact the tax rate. Timestamp 16:14-29:38.
