Council reconvened after Executive Session with a vote on Bond #949 Low Barrier

Mayor Cantelmo moved to reconsider a previous question from the June 11th
session on the Reduction and Elimination of Minimal Lot Size requirements. Mayor
Cantelmo expressed that he has since been persuaded by colleagues to
reconsider the previous question. Following reconsideration, the Council voted 7-3
to direct staff to study the reduction and elimination of minimum lot sizes
