Discussion Summary: The March 12th 2025 Special Meeting of Common Council is called
to order. There are no changes to the agenda. All members of council are in attendance.
There was some misunderstanding from Council on when Council would have the
opportunity to discuss Reports from City Manager and Reports from Controller. The
Mayor and City Manager clarified that it was agreed upon that reports would be presented
to Council at the First Meeting of the Month and discussed at the 2nd Committee Meeting

Discussion Summary: Alderperson Lederman moved and summarized the
resolution. There was extensive discussion on the topic, with Alderperson Kumar
calling the question, that motion failed, discussion was extended by 5 minutes.
Alderperson Shapiro motioned for an Executive Session, Council entered into an
Executive Session and returned with a vote. The Deputy Controller entered the
