council in the agenda packet. In addition to the written update, the mayor offered
Council the opportunity to ask questions that could be answered by the Planning
Department in Rebecca's absence; for public edification, the mayor noted that the
city moved to go in the direction of incorporating a participatory budget working
group as part of the Ithaca Green New Deal goals; this update is the policy
