Discussion Summary: The February 12th, 2025 Common Council Committee Of The Whole
meeting is called to order at 6pm. Alderperson Lederman organized an impromptu
celebration to commemorate the 100 yrs of Zoning in Ithaca. Timestamp 2:12-6:30

Planning, Megan Wilson and Environmental and Landscape Planner Nikki Cera to
give an update on the Accessible Dwelling Units Policy briefing Council on public
outreach and engagement surveys. Mayor Cantelmo reiterated that this is just a
presentation, with no formal voting on this item, staff is just looking for guidance on
constructing the ordinance. Planning will move forward with drafting the Ordinance
