Vice-Chair Ackerman called the meeting to order at 3:32 P.M.

A. 2025 HUD Entitlement Action Plan – Committee Recommendation for Economic Development Funding

Bohn explained that the Economic Development Committee would review applications and provide a
recommendation to the Neighborhood Investment Committee. He reviewed the different categories of
funding and how the funding amount for each is determined.
After review and discussion of the applications and funding available, Committee members agreed to
make a recommendation to the Neighborhood Investment Committee for a total of $280,000 in funding as
follows:
(1) $135,000 to Finger Lakes ReUse, Inc.
(2) $80,000 to GIAC
(3) $65,000 to Historic Ithaca, Inc.
