relation to the votes cast in the General Election, November 6 ,
1990.
The Board of Elections of the County of Tompkins having met at
the office of said Board , on the Seventh day of November, 1990,
to canvass and estimate the votes given in the several Election
Districts of said County , at the General Election held on the
sixth day of November in the year aforesaid , do certify as
follows :
That it appears on such estimate and canvass that the whole
number of votes given for candidates for the nomination for
Governor and Lieutenant Governor (County Wide) , including all
ballots endorsed "marked for identification, " was ,
