There was a luncheon to honor Jim's eleven years of service to the County fib'; on September 27 At the luncheon, County Administrator, Steve Whicher, Sheriff Peter Meskill several members of the Board of Representatives, and representatives of local governments recognized Jim's accomplishments. Jim was � , also the recipient of several resolutions in his honor — from the Environmental Management Council, Better Housing for ' Tompkins County, and the Planning Advisory Board.
