I, Amy Jacot, the duly elected and qualified Village Deputy Clerk of the Village of Cayuga Heights, New York, do
hereby certify that the following Resolution was adopted at a meeting of the Village Zoning Board of Appeals held
on October 2, 2023, and is incorporated in the original minutes of said meeting and is on file and of record, and that
said resolution has not been altered, amended, or revoked and is in full force and effect.
Resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Zoning Board of Appeals determined that through the five SEQR findings, the benefit to
the homeowner would be greater than the detriment to the neighborhood.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT: The Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Board of Appeals grants the Area Variance
request of Beth Plocharczyk and Geoff Callander, owners of 501 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca, N.Y. 14850.
