Resolution: BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Zoning Board of Appeals determined that through the five SEQR findings, the benefit to the homeowner would be greater than the detriment to the neighborhood. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT: The Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Board of Appeals grants the Area Variance request of Beth Plocharczyk and Geoff Callander, owners of 501 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca, N.Y. 14850.
