The site plan/map that was submitted with the application indicates that the proposed fence will be located at less than 1' from the property !ine, which is less than the 15' required for a side yard setback in the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Code Section 305-101.A. Fence Setback. The owner(s) wishes to seek a variance to allow the project to be built as proposed.
