NOTICE is hereby given that on December 2, 2024 the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Board
of Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing at Marcham Hall, 836 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca, NY
14850 to seek comments on the following project:
7:00 pm: Request by Emily Petrina, as agent for 408 Klinewoods Road (tax parcel 5-4-15.2), to
build a new addition on the back of the house within 6.1’ of the rear property line, which is less
than the 15’ required, by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 305-19.A,2:
Yard Regulations. The applicant is seeking an area variance to allow the addition to be built as
proposed.
