Application by Pam Strausser (owner) of 210 Comstock Road (tax parcel 6-8-4), to construct a
14’x16’ addition that would increase the lot coverage to 13.5%, which is greater than the 12%
coverage allowed by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 305- 20.A: Lot
Coverage. Said application has been denied and therefore the applicant is seeking an area
variance from the requirements identified above to allow the addition to be built as proposed.
