Application by Pam Strausser (owner) of 210 Comstock Road (tax parcel 6-8-4), to construct a 14’x16’ addition that would increase the lot coverage to 13.5%, which is greater than the 12% coverage allowed by the Village of Cayuga Heights Zoning Ordinance Section 305- 20.A: Lot Coverage. Said application has been denied and therefore the applicant is seeking an area variance from the requirements identified above to allow the addition to be built as proposed. 5. New Business 6.
