Ithaca, NY 14850 RE: Relocation of Sewer Lines/Easement 211 N. Sunset Drive Dear Mr. Roberts, Our office has been retained by Katie and Geoffrey Fisher of 211 N. Sunset Drive to assist in the process of relocating a sewer line and associated easement in which your property on Cayuga Heights Road has an interest. While no work or disruption of sewer lines will take place on your property, the required work to the sewer lines on the Fisher property will result in a temporary disruption of sewer services to your property. Upon completion of the relocation of the sewer line, a surveyor will be engaged to plot the coordinates of the new sewer line across the Fisher property. The existing easement, to which the deed to your property refers, will then be updated and recorded with the Tompkins County Clerks office. There will be no cost to you during this process. The attached sheet contains all the information we currently have regarding the work to be done and the timing thereof. Please review it in detail and advise our office if you have any questions or concerns. Very truly yours, KLAUSNER COOK, PLLC By:________________________________ Michael Veruto, Esq.
