This project does not require site plan approval from the Town of Ithaca Planning Board. Further, the proposed building will be located enrely within the Village of Cayuga Heights, so the Town of Ithaca Building Department has no concerns or objecons. Also, the Town of Ithaca Engineering Department has reviewed the plans and has spoken with Cornell University regarding the geothermal wells, who has confirmed that all wells will be within the Village of Cayuga Heights. Therefore, the Engineering Department has no objecons, comments, or concerns. Thank you for the opportunity to review the project and comment.
